Potato Cream Soup (using magic mix)

2 carrots, cut up
1/3 onion, diced
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 T. bouillon
3 1/2 cup water
2 cups magic mix
1 cup shredded cheese

Simmer vegetables in bouillon and 1 cup water. When tender add magic mix and remaining water. Season to taste and add shredded cheese.
